SL Villa is a family-owned business that began with three incidents that led to the construction of the villa. The villa was initially known as Loh Wah Inn and was not only a place for business but also a family gathering and social point. Today, the villa is managed by the fourth generation of the family and mainly caters to holiday and vacationers who visit Kuantan, known for its relaxed and slow-paced environment. In 2006, the father insisted on building a larger villa to accommodate more customers and strongly believed in the principle of not cancelling the customers' room or chasing them away, even if they needed to stay for a few more days. SL Villa has become an important memory for both the customers and the family.
